How SMI works

A useful workflow starts with your real work.

Start with one specific task. Confirm the scope. Test the output before relying on it.

01

Map your real work

Describe the task, tools and useful output. Identify the parts that can run automatically and the decisions that still belong to a person.

02

Agree the scope and price

Confirm inputs, connections, outputs, usage limits, review points, software costs and delivery prerequisites in a written proposal.

03

Build and test

Connect supported customer-owned accounts. Test normal work, incomplete information, duplicate events, connection failures and human handoff before relying on the workflow.

04

Hand over and manage

Walk your team through operation and exceptions. Monthly monitoring and maintenance follow the workflow’s included service allowance and your agreed management terms.

Your accounts. Defined responsibilities.

Management starts on accepted go-live, not at inquiry or kickoff. Month-to-month for new managed agreements; cancel before the next renewal, effective at the end of the paid period. On exit, customer-owned accounts are preserved with a documentation and access handoff.

Included human-service time pools across workflows in the same managed bundle, does not roll over, and is not a prepaid development retainer. We track time transparently and alert you before the allowance is exhausted. SMI-caused defects within the 30-day implementation correction window are remedied under implementation.

Specific providers, customer review time, delivery milestones and any additional engineering are confirmed before work starts. A scope inquiry does not schedule a meeting, authorize a charge or guarantee a completion date.
